About me

Born in Germany, I have lived abroad for more than 25 years. My nomadic lifestyle has taken me to Korea, Philippines, India, Egypt, Turkey and, now, Greece. Over the years, I have filled various roles such as an employee, a trailing spouse and a mother of a Third-Culture-Kid.

My professional background is as diverse as the countries I have lived in. For three decades, I taught in many roles including Department Head for Adult Education responsible for the train-the-trainer programs and curricula development, assistant lecturer at a university, Head of the language department, IB mother tongue teacher, tutor for all levels and classes at international schools and for adults.

While living in India, I began my education in life coaching, mindfulness and meditation. To further understand the correlation of the human body, mind and soul and put it at the center of all my work as a coach, trainer and teacher, I became a psychotherapy practitioner.

This encouraged me to share my passion and assist others to live a content, meaningful and fulfilled life.
